Mont Tremblant

This morning we drove north to Mont Tremblant.  It's a beautiful area that is a popular ski destination.  We like going to ski resorts in the summer because we love riding the ski lift to the top for the fantastic view, and this one did not disappoint.   It was a sunny day, but at the top of the mountain it was windy and 48 degrees.  We hiked to the observation tower where we had an amazing view of the valley below.

After we left Mont Tremblant we stopped in the village of Mont Tremblant for lunch, and finally took the opportunity to try poutine.  You see it a lot in Canada but we had never tried it.  French fries with gravy and cheese curds.  Boy was it yummy, but not exactly health food!
